INTRODUCTION
============

The RoboCup Soccer Simulator (rcsoccersim) is a research and educational tool
for mutli-agent systems and artificial intelligence. It allows 11 simulated 
autonomous robotic players to play soccer (football).

The windows binary "rcssserver.exe" is built with cygwin from parts of rcsoccersim.

 This software is released as FREEWARE, but it may not be sold or be
 included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits 
 through the inclusion of this software. This software may be 
 distributed freely over the internet as long as the files remain 
 unmodified.

USING THE SIMULATOR
===================

To run "rcssserver.exe" to start the server

rcssserver will look in your 
home directory for the configuration files:

`rcssserver-server.conf'
`rcssserver-palyer.conf'
`rcssserver-landmark.xml'

If these files do not exist they will be created and populated with default
values.

You can then see what's happening in the simulator by using monitor
There are a few robocup simulation montiors freely avaiable. 
One of them is what has been included in this package, "tsinghuaeolus_montior"
